If you wish to return an item, please request a return by emailing us at support@tillyandpipkids.com
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective as deemed by us, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders.

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Items on sale or gift cards.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@tillyandpipkids.com.
Please get proof of postage when you return your item, as we are in no way responsible for items not arriving back with us.
We do not cover return postage costs unless the items are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We always require any damaged or faulty goods back before we can process a refund. Please take pictures of any damage and email these to us, we can then notify you of the next steps.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds will be made within 10 days from notification to us and in accordance with our terms and conditions.

 Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We do not offer refunds on customs duty.Â
No Frills Approach
Tilly & Pip take a no-frills approach. We use eco-packaging where we can and often send items unboxed. This approach is how we keep our prices. We don’t use fancy packaging or sugarcoat products to ensure that we keep prices affordable. Gift boxes are available for purchase separately unless stated in the product description of the individual item.
